Hello Plebrun,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
If we understand your post correctly, you're not receiving emails from your custom domain. We'd like to help!
See if any of these steps help:
When you add a custom email domain to iCloud Mail, each person using the domain can have up to three active email addresses. If the domain owner allows all incoming messages, any messages that aren’t sent to an active email address go to the domain owner’s inbox. If this setting isn’t turned on, those messages are returned to the sender.
Note: Messages sent to deleted email addresses are automatically returned to the sender.
On iCloud.com, go to Account Settings, then click Manage in the Custom Email Domain section.
Select a domain name, scroll down, then click Turn On Allow All.
Allow all incoming messages to a custom email domain on iCloud.com
If those steps don't help resolve not getting the email let us know if you're getting any error message.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Take care!
Hi, here's the error code people are getting back - SMTP protocol diagnostic: 554 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit Postmaster information for iCloud Mail - Apple Support
Hi, I've talked with the IT provider of the sender and they said it's been blocked by apple spam filter and can only be corrected on apple side of things.
Hey Plebrun.
Were you able to check out the "Delivery issues" section of the page in the error? It looks like there are some specific steps to try, and an email to use if the issues aren't able to be resolved. If not, that'd be a great place to move next.
If needed, Get Support directly from Apple here.
Take care.
