Has anyone had trouble “hanging up” their iPhone after going to another app for information and then returning to the phone app again. When I’m done with the call and I go back to the phone app I can change back to the app it will not open.
Has anyone else had hang up problems with this kind of scenario?
I have an iPhone 11 with iOS 15.7 and my wife who has the same problem has an iPhone 12 with i0S 15.7.
Apple Support wants me to power cycle the phone and upgrade to iOS 16. I am not ready to go to iOS 16 right now.
