I need iOS16 on iPhone 6 to complete transfer to iPhone 11. How do I get this? It’s not an option listed in updates.

And no, you shouldn't need iOS 16 to transfer the data from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 11. You can always transfer a back from an older version of iOS to a newer one. Back up your iPhone 6 and then restore the iPhone 11 from that back up.

iphone 6 can't be updated to ios 16.
I am transferring from iPhone 6 to iPhone 11 and need iOS 16 on iPhone 6. It’s not an option when installing latest update
