Wallet App in IOS16 not syncing Passes to WatchOS 9.0

I recently purchased a apple watch 8. It has WatchOS 9.0. Its pared with Iphone 13. My credit cards came in, but I have a lot of EV passes like Chargepoint, EA, along with Hertz, Starbucks, etc. that are not being mirrored on the new watch.

Apple wallet not syncing to Apple Watch My iPhone apple wallet passes and membership/loyalty cards are not syncing. My payment methods however are syncing. I have wiped and restored my watch and hard reset both my watch and phone. Watch OS9.1, iOS 16.2.

Wallet not syncing to watch Hi... Only recently my iPhone 13 wallet will not sync boarding passes to watch. Bank cards all ok but not boarding passes. when I re-add them to wallet they also delete from my iPhone. its as if as soon as another device syncs via iCloud it also deletes my phone wallet passes.

Another user has reported same problem with an Ultra watch. I have not seen a solution.
