Wallet not syncing to watch

Hi... Only recently my iPhone 13 wallet will not sync boarding passes to watch. Bank cards all ok but not boarding passes. when I re-add them to wallet they also delete from my iPhone. its as if as soon as another device syncs via iCloud it also deletes my phone wallet passes.

Did you recently get a new iPhone or new Apple Watch? If not, have you made any recent changes to your ipHone and Apple Watch? If so, what changes have been made? What is the exact error message you receive, if any?


Please try the steps here as they may help resolve concerns similar to yours: Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet - Apple Support

  1. Open the app, email, notification, or other communication that contains your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass.
  2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  4. If necessary, tap Add in the upper right corner.
  • If you don't see an option to add your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app, contact the merchant or company that issued it to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app.
  • When you add a boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app on your iPhone, you automatically add it to the Wallet app on your paired Apple Watch.

Sorry for the late replay and thanks for the info. I’ve tried everything you advised without any luck. I’ve tried almost everything from deleting watch, deleting back up sign out of iCloud (all devices). It just getting worse. Everything other than bank cards are now being deleted the moment I switch my Apple Watch on. I also deleted watch and paired with another iPhone ( different account ) and it also deleted passes of the other iPhone. 🤦‍♂️
