How can I remove apple apps (Audiobooks, Shortcuts, etc) from my Apple Watch in watchOS 9? It appears to be impossible. There’s no little x to delete them on the watch and no “remove” in the watch app on the phone. Those are what the interwebs offer as solutions. 🤷♂️

Do you have screentime enabled on the phone?.
Tap on screen time.
Then tap content and privacy settings
Then tap on iTunes and App Store purchases
Then tap on deleting apps and set this to allow.
Thank you for the reply and for trying to help, but that didn’t work. I don’t want to remove the apps from phone, just the watch.

Turn screentime off and back on again when you've finished deleting,remember not all apps can be deleted.
