Over the last two days when I have woken up in the morning I have found that my Apple Watch has passcode locked multiple times in the night meaning it’s locked for the next 5 to 6 hours.
I am using a wireless docking station for my phone and watch but have been using it for over 6 months with no issue so not sure it’s that.
any ideas?

First try resetting the watch:
Depress and hold the crown and side button until the Apple logo appears
Next would be to unpair the watch and re setup the watch. Sometimes setting up as new works better than restoring from backup
