Thanks for the update!....This was driving me nuts!

Turned Match Frame Rate OFF and system works much better.

I am so surprised that SPECTRUM CABLE did not know this!

(Especially when you consider they sell the Apple TV $K...)

This effect was/is known to be associated with the ads and their mismatched frame rates.

Users report improved behavior with the Setting “Match Frame Rate” off.
