US Apple Watch (Ultra) Cellular in Europe

Planning to bring a US Apple Ultra GPS+Cell to Spain/Europe. Curious if anyone has lived/traveled extensively in Europe with their US source Series 7 and found cell coverage to be restrictive using local carriers. I saw a helpful post from @Bluecrabber re: Spain which was really encouraging, but curious about other countries since I plan to travel a lot. Thanks!

When traveling and wanting to use Apple Watch with other carriers, you want to contact the carrier to be aware of which features will and won't be supported and any additional costs associated.

You can find a list of carriers that support your watch model in each desired region with Apple Watch GPS + Cellular.
