Purchase incomplete

I wanted too purchase one of the product welkin moon in the genshin impact store with the money I have but the purchase wouldn’t go through, it kept saying it couldn’t complete my in-app purchase when there is nothing wrong and I’ve purchased the item before the same way and on the same device.
