photos from iPhone to mac

keep getting error (com.apple.imagecatruecore error -9937, although i have did what was on the support page. My photo to automatic and camera to format to most compatible.

Mojave Image Capture error 9956, cannot be fixed Hello, I have an iPhone 11 running iOS 16.0.3. Recently I have been having trouble importing my pictures to my Macs running Mojave. After previously fixing this problem with the Privacy section in the System Settings, giving Full Disk Access to the Image Capture app, the error 9956 has recently reappeared. I have removed Image Capture from the Full Disk Access restarted and put it back in without fixing the error. Changing the setting in iPhone Photos to keep original didn't fix the error either. I have been transfering photos and video via Airdrop, but I'd rather get back to importing them through the Photos app on my Macs. Does anyone have any fixes for this? Scarpogre

Mojave Error9956 NO Importing After installing iOS 16 on my iPhone I can NOT Import my photos from my iPhone to Photos library on Mojave OS anymore and I always get this Error 9956

Plenty of threads here with the same problem on older versions of MacOS. So far I’ve not seen a solution other than to upgrade. If you can’t upgrade then I’d suggest contacting support directly (top right of this page)

Hopefully Apple will issue a fix in the next IOS
