Apple Gift Card not Received

I bought an apple gift card and it’s just a few minutes to 24 hours since I bought it and it has still not been delivered. What could be the cause?

Try this:

Check your spam folder of the Web version mailbox.

Check the spam folder of the mail client software.

Why is my apple gift card taking longer than 24 hours to arrive? Just a PSA do not even bother with buying the apple e gift cards if you need one right away. I’ve been waiting on mine for over 24 hours now and customer service rep and they were no help at all. They couldn’t even give me a time frame of when I might receive it.

E giftcard is already redeemed issue I purchased a 500$ gift card directly from apple’s website and I waited too long to get it. I finally got the mail but the card is used. But I didn’t use it, what’s wrong and why! This is too bad and not fair! what’s going on? Please there has to be a way out
