Apple gift card not delivered to my mail

we order a Apple gift card of €100 yesterday and it says we should wait for 1-2hr for the card to deliver to my mail.. we have waited for like 14hrs without anything… we contact Apple support they told us the card has been processing… pleas find solutions to it and deliver it to my mail… thanks
