I have an issue with activity and workout on my iwatch 6. Both are not active. Iphone (13 pro) and Iwatch (6) upgraded. Unpaired and paired as a new. Nothing works. Diagnostics not showing any bugs. All support hints checked (privacy, health etc.)
Thanks for any hints before I claim hardware.

I do not fully understand your problem.
a. If on your watch you start a workout does the watch show calories accumulating and heart rate indication?
b. Does the activity show the accumulated calories and other parameters from the Workout?
c. Does the Activity app on the phone show the calories and other parameters from the watch? If not try resetting the iphone. Next would be to try restoring the iPhone
I have dad times when the Activity app on the phone would not see the activity from the watch. Usually restting the phone works and sometimes I also had to reset the watch.

I think a problem comes from IOS16.02 last release which was not release by my employer and though some restrictions exist still like for those had described above.
That was not easy to figure out and even Apple Support didn't have any idea. For me firs question is what IOS you have (Apple or customized by local IT)
