If you have an app with a configuration profile installed and you want to get rid of that, follow this instructions. You won't need a Mac for that

To delete an app and its configuration profile, follow these steps.

  1. Delete the app
    • Touch and hold the app until it jiggles.
    • Then tap the delete button  in the upper-left corner of the app to delete it. If you see a message that says, "Deleting this app will also delete its data," tap Delete.
  1. If the app has a configuration profile, delete it.
    • Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management,* then tap the app’s configuration profile.
    • Then tap Delete Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Delete.
  1. Restart your iPhoneiPad, or iPod touch.

Hey there rean129,

While we're unsure of the exact circumstances in which you installed a configuration profile, we did a few resources that may help with answering your question:

  1. Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone
  2. How to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  3. We also recommend updating to the latest iOS 16 version if you haven't already, which is iOS 16.0.2. This would ensure you have the latest security updates, which is a reason why it's recommended to keep all devices up to date. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.

Cheers!
