No specification of what the error is and no idea why the application for new iphone is not going forward. Using chrome - is that the issue?

Hello,

Hmm, what are you doing at the time? App? Web page? You might check these steps:


  1. Hard Reload your webpage on your browser.
  2. Restart your modem.
  3. Clear Browser Cache.
  4. Update browser.
  5. Use a different browser.
  6. Flush the DNS cache of the server.
  7. Update your Graphics and Audio drivers.
  8. Change the video resolution.
