I haven't had the proper volume on my Oticon Opn S1 MFI hearing aid for a few weeks now. It is now necessary to turn the volume to maximum to hear anything on the devices. I tested it with other Oticon devices and the result is just as bad. It used to be good. What's up? I believe it has to do with the last two IOS updates. Please fix this, Apple!

No one from Apple is on this forum. Only users just like yourself. Have you talked to your audiologist about this issue? I wear Oticon More hearing aids and they are working fine with iOS 16. You could also contact Apple Accessibility Specialist for assistance at this link:

This happens mainly with YouTube.
Calls and hearing aids are ok.
Sound weaker just with YouTube.

What device are you watching YouTube on, MacBook, iPhone, iPad? You might want to do a Google search on volume problems using YouTube.
