Apple.com Cupertino CA

I was charged $79.50 on September 20th but didn’t order anything. What is the reason for this. Is it a scam? I will be calling my bank and reporting it as a fraudulent charge. Please respond.

First, you are not addressing Apple in this setting. We are your fellow end users helping each other with tech issues. We have no more access to Apple sales records than you.


First, use this article to see if Apple shows any record of purhcased items:


If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


If not, report it to Apple and, yes, definitely include your bank or card issuer in the process.
