During a zoom meeting for a class I’m taking the instructor put a link in the chat.
I click on the link and download it. How do I find where the link went on my iPad?
iMac 27″, OS X 10.11
The link was in the “chat” while I was in the zoom meeting.(
I was distracted and didn’t realize until later that I didn’t know where the link went.

When you tapped to download this file, did any pop-up appear asking what app you wish to share the file with or what app to download to?
You might not have ever really, actually downloaded the file.
Usually, when you tap on a download, it will bring up a pop-up asking what app you wish to save the downloaded file to.
Also, I forgot to mention.
If this download file was put into a .zip file “container” app, chances are that file will NOT download to the iPad nor will it open to save the file anywhere on an iOS device.
What kind of file was the download supposed to be?
Either somewhere inside the Zoom app or maybe the Downloads folder in the Files app.

I believe it is a pdf- a page of some class notes

Do not use Zoom to download data.
Was the file link in Zoom or did the link send you somewhere else to download this file?
