Account balance/changing region
Hey, I would like to change my country/region but i can’t do that because of my positive balance($0,1), is there any way you can clear that for me?

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
