Background App Refresh IOS 16

Hi

I was going through the “Background App Refresh” section on my 13 Pro Max running IOS 16.

I noticed the refresh was turned ON for an item labelled “WEB”

I’ve never noticed this WEB app before.

Anyone have any idea what it is and used for?
