ios16 Calendar - Custom alert times resets to default values

Hi,

When I set or update the alert times for an event on my Mac and if I select some custom time (like 54 minutes or 4 hours) and some pre-defined time (1 hour) it is all fine on Mac but when I check the event on my iPhone (after the synchronization) it completely erase the customized times and the pre-defined remained.

Is there any option how to enable custom alert times on ios16? It was definitely working on ios15 and I was using it on 1/3 of my events.
