How do I by pass Apple ID if I forgot my password and do not amhave access to that password

I do not know my password to my other Apple ID and I do not have access to the email to do forgot password . Can I factory reset it by plugging it up to a computer or taking it to the apple store .

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, if you can't recover the password using the steps above, you will need to use Account Recovery. The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process. The article below has some suggestions to shorten the time the process takes.

Thanks. Since iCloud Find My is on if you restore to factory settings using a computer it will put you device in activation lock, do not do that. If trying to reset the password at Recover Your Apple ID - Apple wants to send you a reset link via email you'll need to submit proof of purchase and request the Apple ID be removed on Apple's end following "Start a support request" at How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
