Three months free Apple TV with purchase of iPhone

Hi there, I upgraded my phone this year and it is supposed to include three months of Apple TV, however, when I click on the link to check eligibility it just takes me to the monthly purchase page. What gives? I have taken advantage of the three months free on other purchases and it’s worked just fine.
