How to manage iCloud without mixing the library from two iPhones

I have two iPhones, one for personal use (iPhone 8) and another for work (12 Pro Max).

I already have iCloud with a 2T storage package, but so far, I only activated it for the iPhone 8.

When I also activate iCloud for my 12 Pro Max, the photos are automatically uploaded to the iCloud photo, where then I can open and see the photo taken with my 12 Pro Max in my iPhone 8 or from anywhere using my iCloud.

Which is great! But I hate it because now, the photo taken with 12 Pro Max - which are the photo related to my works only, are mixed with my photo taken with my iPhone 8.

So, when I open my photo, I will see my family photo and also my work photo in the same folder.

So far, I have manually created the library and separated it. But it's a tiring manual process.

Is there any way to activate 2 or more iPhone into the same iCloud system but automatically separate the photo in the different libraries?

No. If you turn on iCloud Photos on both devices, they will sync and will not be separated.
