Allow additional apps w/ Screentime?

How can I add apps to the list of allowed apps in Screen Time, in addition to the ones that are listed by default?

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Go to Settings > Screen Time and tap on Always Allowed. You can choose the app you would like to always allow by tapping "+" button next to app name and icon.
