Apple Watch Mirroring not showing on my Iphone 13 Pro?

So I recently got the newest Apple watch SE and its updated to Apple Watch OS 9 and my Iphone is updated to IOS 16, and for the feature it says you need to be on ios 16 for the iphone and Apple watch OS 9 but i followed the path on where to see this feature when you go to settings -> Accessibility and i am supposed to see that setting down between Side button and Apple TV remote, but the setting I am currently seeing is "Control Nearby Devices" instead of "Apple Watch Mirroring".

Is there a feature available for the Iphone 13 pro/The new apple watch SE? or do I need to wait for the future updates?
