I got the delivery package from the doorman and it was so light initially I thought it’s just a return kit for my trade in phone. But apparently my new iPhone 14 pro suppose to be in there.
I was told to wait for 24 hours for investigation and now it’s 72 hours. Does anyone else experiencing this? I saw similar issues happened from the past. I was stunned when I found out I received an empty box!

I reached out to Apple support multiple times but the investigation is still going on after 7 days now.
my new phone suppose to be delivered on Friday last week and I just kept waiting with no idea when I can get a replacement.
this experience with Apple is absurd
