Iphone 16 pro lost in delivery
Only accessories delivered by UPS. The Iphone was not delivered and then an investigation was opened by UPS and now it is said that it's been stolen or lost and they can't do anything about it!
it may differ from country to country but where I live the carrier is responsible for the product from when they signed for collecting it at apple until they deliver it to the end customer
if it was me I would look into if they would not be responsible to give you a full compensation
