Message App & FaceTime freezing up

So I started having this issue with my 11 and now on my 14; been to Apple Store several times; AT&T as well; been told it is hardware issue got “new” phone (they repaired it with all new hardware) and all other apps including making calls work but after a few days or so; the message and FaceTime won’t open. If I turn my phone off and back on, it temporarily fixes the issue; anyone know a permanent solution? I am not going to continue to turn off and on my phone daily. Thanks.
