If you are talking about iOS 16 and if you have used beta software on your 13 Pro, go to Settings>General>VPN & Profile management, delete the beta profile, restart your iPhone, check for updates availability again.

Appears that the OP was asking about new software (iOS 16) for the iPhone 14........not iOS 14.

The iPhone 14 didn't come with a beta version, you have the most current version of the operating system.
