iPhone 11 problems after updating to IOS 16

Updated the iPhone 11 to iOS 16 and now we are having all sorts of problems. Phone won’t connect to Wi-Fi, it’s very slow, it’s glitchy, can’t do a back up, and this was not happening before the update.

iOS update problem I am trying to update my iPhone 11 Pro Max to iOS 16. Every time I try, I get the same problem that «my phone has lost connection to Wifi» I’ve tried different internet connections and tried to update with iTunes, nothing works. Is it something i can try? Thank you.
