I updated my iPhone 13 pro max with iOS 15.7 without realising I could have updated to iOS 16, and now the iOS 16 update no longer appears. Any idea what I could do?

If you have an iPhone 13 Pro Max updated to iOS 15.7, you should see the option to update to iOS 16 in Settings > General > Software Update.
If you don't see it there, you can use a computer to update:
If the update doesn't appear on your device, use your computer to update your device manually. Learn how to update your device manually if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, or if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC.
