Cannot update to ios 17 in my iphone 12

My iphone 12 was updated to ios 16.7 couple of days before the release of ios 17 Now it does not show ios 17 as an update!

I changed some of the update settings (enabled/disabled receive beta updates) and now it shows "update to 17.0.1" :-)
