How to update my AirPods Pro firmware version
I just updated my IPhone 13 Pro Max to IOS16 and now my AirPod Pros having a problem with verifying. So how do I update my AirPod Pros?

Can you confirm what you mean by the AirPods are unable to "verify"? Are they not connecting at all?
If this is regarding the firmware, AirPods will update their firmware automatically when close to your iPhone that is connected to Wi-Fi.
We'd recommend leaving them near the iPhone overnight while the iPhone is on Wi-Fi with the display locked.
