Why is my battery health going down so fast...,?like from 80% to 76% in less than 2 weeks..and should I stop using it for gaming?

The battery should be replaced when it gets down to 80% capacity. Take the phone into an Apple Store or to an authorized Apple Service shop as soon as possible.
