Scribble
Hallo
I have a iPad Pro 11 inch with iPad iOS 15.7. The scribble button does not exist in my iPad. I have tried restarting it but that didn’t work.

Scribble has limited language support. If recollection serves correctly, supported are English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese languages.
If you have an iPad set-up to use a different language, the Scribble feature will not be available in iPad Settings.
