MagSafe Wallet - paired to another ID that cannot be accessed

Bought this MagSafe Wallet with Find My capabilities on Amazon. Upon delivery, I opened the package and placed it on the back of my iPhone 13 Max Pro. Message: "Not Your Wallet". I have no idea who the previous owner was - how can I reset this? Can I bring it in store to Apple?
