Hi. I am an iphone user but my country ANGOLA does not have any carrier that support eSIM? what should I do to use iPhone 14?

Whether it supports eSIM or not is irrelevant. Those are the Apple shopping regions through which one can purchase Apple product.. Select one nearby if your country is not listed.

And now that will not work if your carrier does not provide eSIM capability.
