Apple - you have no iCloud Storage Plan between 200GB to 2TB. That is a huge jump. It's unethical as you're forcing users into paying 9.99 for 2TB if they have over 200GB.
Please make an iCloud storage plan available for above 200GB and below 2TB, so users aren't forced into paying 9.99.
The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers, not Apple employees. Click here and fill out the form.
In general, cloud storage tiers are set by the amount of customer demand.

About iCloud Payments:
Everything used to the half-the-storage-capacity it is now for the same price, until that changes a few years ago, and apple provided more storage. Maybe in another 5 or so years, they'll do the same. Time will tell.
