after installing ios 16 my iphone keeps asking for my apple id password when restarting the phone

Hi Songprog, I have the same problem, it happens when I turn my phone on having been turned off before bed, it asks for my apple id. If I cancel the request and check in settings I am already logged in? I only have the one apple ID! The other issue I have is in Fitness, I have lost all my badges/awards for the 21 months?. I have tried everything to get them back, to no avail, I even restored the phone using the last and only backup. Thanks
