After upgrading my iPhone X to iOS 16, at random times the screen would stop responding to the touch. I always have to restart my phone for the touch to work again, and the cycle continues again. Is anyone else also having this issue?

Did you have your display replaced by someone other than Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider? If so, try this:
Settings>Touch Accessibility>Touch Accomodation (Turn on Touch Accomodation) > Initial Touch Location> Swipe Gestures (Turn on Swipe Gestures) >"Standard".
Has the display ever been replaced? if so, was it done by Apple or someone else?
Yes, it was replaced by a 3rd party, not from Apple.
