iOS 15 iCloud storage (200GB) family sharing with my wife was working ok. Since updating to iOS 16 my wife keeps getting warning that 5 GB storage full. On my phone she is still shown as subscribed to my iCloud storage.
removed from family and re-invited but the issue still exists.
both phones restarted issue still exists.
In frustration my wife has subscribed to her own increased storage to get rid of the messages.
any help gratefully appreciated

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. Since noticing this has the iCloud sharing been disabled and reenabled as a troubleshooting step?
Try the following from the organizer's device:
