How can I find the owner of a lost pair of beats headphones that I found?
I found a pair of beats studio bus in the park. I'd like to locate the owner and return if possible.

You can't. On the other hand, the owner of these should be able to use the Find My app to either view their location and/or play a sound to try to locate them.
At this point, you have a few choices. Since you found them in a park, chances are there isn't a store nearby that handles "lost & found" items. As such, you can either leave them where you found them or take them to your nearest local law enforcement agency and leave them with them.
