So I wanted to remove my IOS 15.7 update and download IOS 16. But when I went to delete the update it didn’t delete. I restarted my iPad several times and even searched for solutions. I couldn’t find any sadly. Does anyone know how to help?

First, understand that you cannot remove an update once installed.
iOS16 for iPhone was released 12th September; iPadOS16 is not due for release until sometime in October.
However, iPadOS 15.7 was also released 12th September - incorporating essential security updates.

While iOS16 is available for iPhone, iPhone owners have the option to just install iOS15.7 at this time.
