Brand new AirPods Pro won't charge

Brand new EarPods pro right out of the box and no charging light on charging case. iPhone will not recognize earpod pros. Cannot reset, tired everything but still will not connect. Also doesn’t look like they are charging. Brand new out of box, but were nit used till now. About a year

There is no such thing as earpods pro.

Earpods are wired headphones and don't have a case and don't charge.


If you mean Airpods Pro:

Connect your AirPods and AirPods Pro to your iPhone - Apple Support


If your AirPods won't connect - Apple Support


If you have tried different cables and chargers and are sure they won't charge, see this:
