Brand new EarPods pro right out of the box and no charging light on charging case. iPhone will not recognize earpod pros. Cannot reset, tired everything but still will not connect. Also doesn’t look like they are charging. Brand new out of box, but were nit used till now. About a year

There is no such thing as earpods pro.
Earpods are wired headphones and don't have a case and don't charge.

AirPods, EarPods……it got my message across. I did try what you suggested and tried different cables. Finally one of my apple cables worked. Turns out my iPhone 12 Pro’s cable would not charge my AirPods. Had to use the cable that came with the AirPods. So my “AirPods pro” are now charging.
