SECOND SIM CARD IS NOT SHOWING CALL ID

Hello.

I Need help.

I have a Iphone 13, with 2 sim cards. 1 is a esim and the other is a physical sim card.

When I receive calls on a esim its shows caller ID however on the secondary sim card which is the physical sim card, it does not show caller ID.

I tried to switch it on and off on settings but it does not work.

Anything else I can try?

Caller ID is a carrier feature. You need to contact your carrier if it isn’t working.
