App Store appears not to have app

I am having a terrible time downloading BSF app on my MacBook Pro

Please see the attached screenshot, where it says NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS DEVICE. It worked fine last year.

I have gone to my account on the App store and tried to correct my billing card (as described on YouTube). No luck!  I have also updated my iOS on MacBook Pro.
