Apple Watch - Custom swimming workouts

Are custom workouts coming to swimming soon?

Not just distance/time/... but actual custom workouts like 100M freestyle followed by 100M breastroke etc.

Hoped that watchOS9 will have this future alas it does not for swimming :(

Custom workouts for swimming Hi there, wanted to ask whether anybody knows anything about Apple adding custom workouts to Apple Watch just like they did with running or cycling. It's a bummer it was not included in watchOS9. Apps like MySwimmPro do it well but they cost an arm and leg. Cheers!

Lap Swimming with Apple Watch Ultra Any suggestions as to best way to end a swim workout in the pool with the AW Ultra? Since the water lock is active, you can't just swipe. Pressing the activation button triggers a rest period rather than ending the workout. Pressing the crown and the side button simultaneously works but also takes a screen shot, which is annoying. I can live with that but am wondering if anyone has found a better option. It would be nice if the activation button could be programmed for swimming to end the session. Thanks.
