Why my macbook air m1 and iphone 12 is not pairing via bluetooth.

earlier I used to use the calling feature in my macbook air m1 thru my iphone 12 but recently I am not able use the feature I've mentioned above and there are many like these...

Someone please give me a solution for the problem recently I have updated my iphone to ios 16 via beta program and stable version also has been updated. and still the same problem...

Anyone out there who could help me out.

iPhones and Macs do not directly pair over bluetooth.


The Calling feature does not require they be directly paired.

Its telling you why it can't right there.


Did you change Apple IDs recently?

Check that the Apple ID used for FaceTime and iCloud is the same on the iPhone and matches the Apple ID on the Mac.


Settings->Facetime->Caller ID->Apple ID

and

Settings->Account(top of settings).


The email address in both places must match.


If it does match, you may need to sign out of each place and sign in again to refresh it.
